What is the shipping and handling cost for my order?

All t-shirts and apparel on our website are eligble for FREE Shipping. Express Shipping is also available for a Flat Rate of $9 per order

How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders are packed and dispatched from Melbourne within 1-2 business days using the Australia Post Regular Airmail service. The average delivery time with our Free Shipping option is as follows:

Witihn Victoria - 2-4 business days
Metro areas outside of Victoria - 3-5 business days
WA/NT and Country/Rural Areas - 3-7 business days 

Express Orders are sent via Australia Post Express. If you are within the Express Post network, orders should arrive in 1-3 business days of dispatch.

If you haven't received your order within the stated time frames, please Contact Us using the Contact Form or email info@tshirtlab.com.au and we will followup immediately.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return an item?

Yes certainly!. tshirtlab.com.au stands by our customer service and offer a 30-Day Returns Policy. Customers are eligle to return any Unworn, Unwashed item to us within 30-days for a full refund. This includes any 'Change of Mind' or incorrect sizing orders.

  • Return any unworn and unwashed item within 30-days for a a full refund
  • Applies to change of mind, wrong size, wrong design, etc
  • Buyer is responsible for Shipping Cost back to tshirts.com.au

Size or shirt not right?

If you like to exchange the an item for another size we are happy to assist. This will depend on whether the replacement size you require is in stock and available.

  • We can exchange any t-shirt or item for another size subject to availability
  • Buyer is responsible for both SHIPPING back to tshirts.com.au and additional shipping cost to reship your exchanged item. We suggest including a self-addressed Australia Post Prepaid 500gram Satchel with your return.

Wrong or damaged items

If you received an damaged or incorrect item we will arrange to send out the correct t-shirt together with a return postage satchel to return the incorrect item. A buyer will not be responsible for any shipping costs. However, an items damaged after 7 days or have been worn will not be replaced in most circumstances. With this in mind, we request that all customers pay close attention to the washing instructions.

How to Initiate a Refund or Exchange

Refunds:

  1. Please contact us or email us info@tshirtlab.com.au before sending anything back to tshirtlab.com.au
  2. Let us know you are requesting a Refund, pleaes include your Order Number
  3. Please let us know why you are requesting a refund (Optional, but helps provide us with Feedback)
  4. We will approve the Return and provide you with details
  5. Post back the item to tshirtlab.com.au (address below).
  6. Once received, tshirtlab.com.au will provide a Full Refund via your original payment method (ie, Credit Card refund or Paypal)
Exchanges:
  1. Please contact us or email us info@tshirtlab.com.au to organise an Exchange with tshirtlab.com.au
  2. Please include your Order #, desired new item (Style, Size, etc) and reason
  3. We will approve the Exchange (based on availability of desired item) and send you details
  4. Post back your item to the address below TOGETHER with a self-addressed Australia Post Pre-Paid 500gram Satchel
  5. Once received, tshirtlab.com.au will post out the new item(s) in your self-address Australia Post Satchel

On confirmation of your Refund/Exchange, we'll send you the return address.


How long will it take to get back a return or exchange?

Once we receive your return, we process refunds immediately. Exchange Items are posted out within 1-2 business days on receipt (if in-stock)

Does tshirtlab.com.au have a retail shop I can purchase, exchange or return an item to?

Sorry, at this time we are an online based business and our warehouse is not open to the public. Plans are in place for a Melbourne show-room though!
